Shipping
We ship via UPS Ground to customers within the United States.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

Return policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any product purchased from this site you may request a return authorization within 14 days of your receipt of the product, for a full refund of the product costs. The product must be returned in the original shipping container with all pieces and be in sellable condition, as judged by Precise Racing Chair. Shipping and handling costs are nonrefundable and prepaid return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Contact us at info@precisechair.com for a return authorization number and return instructions. No returns will be accepted without this return authorization number. Returns will be credited back to your account within 60 days of our receipt of the returned product.

Damaged products
Should your Precise Racing Chair or components arrive in a damaged condition due to shipping mishandling, you should contact the shipper for resolution of a shipping claim.

Damaged or missing pieces
Contact us at info@precisechair.com if your shipment does not contain all of the needed pieces or if any of the pieces are damaged or non-functional. Send a photo and a brief description of the damaged or missing pieces and we will provide replacement parts if needed.

International Orders
Orders outside the United States are welcome, but cannot be processed through our regular shopping cart. Click here for instructions on placing your international order.
